Ríkarður Örn Pálsson

Ríkarður Ö. Pálsson was born in Iceland in 1946. He grew up in Denmark but moved back to Iceland in 1960 where he received his musical education in the 1970’s, added by later musicology studies in USA at the Indiana University. Drawing on his varied experience as a choral singer, teacher, textbook co-worker and music broadcaster, he has composed and arranged music for films, TV, recording studios and the theatre and has been a newspaper critic on classical music since 1979.
